Meeting Room Use policy

Online bookings require an email account, if you do not have an email--use nomail@nomail.com. Emails are used to confirm bookings and provide a link to cancel the booking if your plans change. If you would like confirmation of your booking and you did not recieve an email, please call the library location where you made your booking. 

The Meeting Room Booking Form may ask for the Event Name/Organization for your event, this is visible to the public. This is the name of your event or organization. Use the name Private Meeting for bookings that are not open to others or for a confidential purpose.
